Description
BL ♂: 2.7-3.0 mm; ♀: 3.2-3.95 mm. Whitish-yellow, forewings with brown bristles. Forewings short, slightly variable in length. Aedeagus with one apical, movable spine on the right side and a big, bifurcate extension at the dorsal side of the pallotheca. (Hoch & Asche, 1993)
Ecology
Cavernicolous species, feeding on plant roots. (Hoch & Asche, 1993)
